I have been a huge animal lover for as long as I can remember! For the past five years, I have had the opportunity to care for special needs cats and dogs at the Home for Life Animal Sanctuary. During my time at the sanctuary, I cared for cats and dogs of all ages, including animals with disabilities, medical needs, and behavioral challenges. These experiences have strengthened my passion for animal care and allowed me to work with a wide variety of unique cases. Most importantly, they have taught me that every animal is different and deserves care tailored to their individual behavior, personality, and needs.

I also have two cats of my own, and they mean everything to me! Being a pet owner myself has given me an even greater understanding of just how important pets are to their families. I know how much trust it takes to place your pets in someone else's care, which is why I am committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to every pet I meet.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, and through my education and hands-on experience caring for animals, I became increasingly interested in medicine and pharmacy and how they relate to animal care. I currently work as a pharmacy technician while attending school to become a pharmacist. My experiences in animal science, animal care, and pharmacy have helped me develop compassion, patience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

There has never been a time when I haven't been excited to see an animal! I'm always the person who points out an animal wherever I go—whether it's one in the room or simply a dog I spot walking down the street. Animals bring me immense joy, and I truly love having the opportunity to care for them.

I am currently pursuing my Doctorate of Pharmacy through Creighton University's online program, which provides me with a flexible schedule. In addition to my studies, I work part-time as a pharmacy intern at Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital.

The flexibility of my school and work schedule allows me to provide reliable pet care while accommodating the individual needs and routines of you and your pets. I understand that every pet and household has a different schedule, and I am happy to work with you to help ensure your pets receive the consistent, dependable care they deserve.

Homestays

• I am available to provide homestays any day of the week! I offer standard, extended, and overnight homestay options, allowing you to choose the level of care that best fits your pet's needs and routine. I am dedicated to providing dependable, personalized care while keeping your pet safe, comfortable, and happy in the familiar surroundings of their own home.

Adventure Walks

• Monday-Friday: 6 PM - 8 PM

• Weekends & Holidays: Open Availability 

I offer a wide variety of services to meet the unique needs of you and your pets, including drop-in visits, dog walking, adventure walks, pet taxi, homestays, and wedding pet attendant services.

Before a new booking, I will schedule a meet n greet so I can get to know you and your pet, learn about their routine and care needs, and make sure I understand exactly how you would like them cared for. This also gives everyone the opportunity to feel comfortable and confident before your pet is placed in my care.

Communication is incredibly important to me. During each visit, I will stay connected with you by providing updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing how your pet is doing while you're away. I take pride in carefully following your instructions and providing reliable, attentive care tailored to your pet's individual needs.

I am an extremely detail-oriented person, which is especially important when following each pet's individual care instructions. I take pride in paying close attention to the details and making sure your pet's routine and needs are followed during every visit.

I am also always aware of my surroundings when caring for pets, whether I am in your home or out on a walk in different environments. Your pet's comfort and safety are always my top priorities.

Meeting new animals is something that genuinely excites me, and I love having the opportunity to provide them with safe, compassionate, and personalized care. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision and that building a strong relationship with both you and your pet takes time and trust.

My goal is to help you feel confident knowing your pet is in caring, attentive hands while providing an experience that helps your pet feel safe and comfortable with me.
