Rather than charging per pet, our pricing for dog walking is based on the total time required — including travel to and from your home, as well as the time spent providing care. Charging mileage fees instead of per pet allows us to fairly compensate our sitters for their time and dedication while ensuring equitable pricing for multi-pet households. Please note that our maximum travel distance is 30 minutes from your pet sitter's home.

Please note that the duration you select for your walk must allow enough time for your sitter to thoroughly complete all of your care instructions. Providing adequate time ensures your pets receive the full attention and care they deserve, without your sitter needing to rush. If your selected duration does not allow enough time to fulfill all tasks responsibly and safely, your sitter will automatically extend the walk to the next available time block. If this occurs, the difference in cost will be charged to your card on file. This policy helps us maintain the highest standard of care for your pets while keeping walks stress-free and consistent.

These are our standard hours, but please keep in mind that availability may vary depending on the assigned pet sitter, as some sitters offer longer or shorter hours. We will assign the pet sitter who best matches your schedule and your pet’s needs. You can visit Our Pet Sitters page linked below to view each sitter’s specific hours. If your schedule falls outside of our regular availability, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. 

When submitting your booking request, you may select your preferred service time; however, due to our flexible scheduling options and the fact that many of our pet sitters care for multiple clients throughout the day, we allow for a service time window of up to one hour before or after your selected time if needed. This flexibility enables our pet sitters to maintain an efficient and balanced schedule while still providing the highest level of care for all pets.

Limited Group Size: We provide walks for up to two dogs at a time to ensure each pet receives the attention, control, and care they deserve. For households with more than two dogs, clients have two options: you can either split your booking time to allow all dogs to be walked separately in pairs, or add an additional sitter to your booking for an added fee so all dogs can be walked at the same time. This structure allows us to prioritize safety and quality for both your pets and our team.

Weather-Related Safety: Your pet’s safety is our top priority. If extreme temperatures or hazardous weather conditions create unsafe dog walking conditions, your sitter will substitute a walk with a drop-in visit to ensure your pet still receives the care and attention they deserve. Should this occur, your sitter will promptly notify you and provide an update on the visit, ensuring you’re always informed and your pet's well-being is maintained.
