Experience

Animals have always been a central part of my life. Growing up with both dogs and cats helped me discover early on just how deeply I care about animal wellbeing. I’ve personally experienced anxiety and depression, and animals have consistently been a source of comfort, grounding, and healing in my life. That connection inspired me to turn my passion into something meaningful by pursuing pet sitting whenever opportunities arose. Altogether, I have around 10 years of pet sitting experience, caring for animals belonging to friends, family, and clients.

I have worked with both dogs and cats of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments—from small breeds like Chihuahuas to larger breeds such as German Shepherds. My experience includes caring for pets who are energetic, shy, anxious, senior, or those who require extra patience due to behavioral challenges. I understand that every animal is unique, and I always tailor my approach to meet each pet’s individual personality, comfort level, and needs.

During pet sitting visits, I prioritize maintaining each pet’s regular routine to help them feel secure and at ease while their owner is away. My responsibilities have included feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, administering medications when needed, providing enrichment and playtime, and closely monitoring behavior to ensure pets remain healthy and stress-free. I also make it a priority to give plenty of affection and attention so pets feel safe, loved, and not alone.

While I have the most experience with dogs and cats, I am always open and excited to care for other types of animals and continue expanding my knowledge. Building trust with both pets and their owners is incredibly important to me, and I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for someone’s beloved family member.

Schedule

I currently nanny about three days a week for a few hours each day, with scheduling adjusted to fit both the family’s needs and my own. Outside of those commitments, I maintain a very open and flexible schedule, giving me plenty of time and availability to provide attentive, reliable care for your animals.

My goal is to make life easier for pet owners while ensuring pets receive the love, care, and attention they deserve.

To help you feel confident while you’re away, I provide regular photo and video updates so you can see that your pet is safe, happy, and thriving. Whether it’s a playful romp, a cozy nap, or an exciting adventure, you’ll get a glimpse of your pet’s day-to-day experiences.

For every new client, I require a meet n greet. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and allows me to create a personalized care plan tailored to your pet’s routine, personality, and any special instructions. It also ensures your pet feels comfortable and secure from the very first visit, setting the stage for a positive and stress-free experience.

Safety and Environment

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. Before any booking, I ask detailed questions to fully understand your pet’s routine, personality, and any special care needs. I follow all instructions carefully, ensuring your pet stays on their normal schedule and feels as comfortable and secure as possible.

During bookings, I closely monitor your pet’s behavior, health, and overall well-being. I take extra precautions to keep doors, gates, and leashes secure—especially for pets who may be anxious or prone to escaping. I also watch for any changes in mood, appetite, or energy, and I communicate promptly with you if anything unusual arises.

I also take care to keep my own home safe and welcoming for every pet in my care. This means removing hazards, securing areas where pets shouldn’t go, and creating a calm, comfortable environment where they can play, relax, and feel at home.

I treat every home with the utmost respect, keeping spaces clean and organized, including food areas, litter boxes, and any pet-related messes. My ultimate goal is to provide safe, patient, and loving care so every pet knows they are more than just looked after—they are truly cherished and loved like family.
